Important information for your appointment
To ensure a smooth notarization process, please keep the following in mind:
- Valid identification: All clients must have a valid form of photo identification with a signature.
- Mileage fees: Travel fees are paid in advance via credit or debit card. You will need to agree to the mileage charge in writing via email before the appointment.
- Notary service payment: Payment for notary service happens immediately prior to notarization. You can pay with exact cash or credit/debit card.
We accept credit and debit card payments over the phone, via a secure payment link, and through tap-to-pay for notary services. You will receive receipts for payments from our processing vendor via email or text.
