Prepare for your notary appointment
To ensure a smooth and efficient notarization, please have all your documents ready but unsigned. All signers and witnesses must be present, and each individual must have a valid photo ID with a signature. Clients must be able to speak and read English (Licensed American Sign Language interpreters who are not a party to or beneficiary of the notarized documents are permitted) and demonstrate full mental capacity and physical ability to sign the documents.
