Our service fees

We offer competitive rates for all your notary needs, whether it's for a single document or multiple notarizations. Our fees are straightforward and designed to provide excellent value.

Note: Per North Carolina state law, there is no charge to notarize an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots will only be notarized in the 27282 ZIP code. 

Note: Per North Carolina state law, there are no "padded fees" for mobile notary services (including after-hours fees, emergency fees, administrative fees, convenience fees, etc.). The only fees notaries are legally allowed to charge are for the notarial acts not to exceed $10 per act (each stamp is considered one act and each oath administered is considered one act - documents may require multiple acts) and an agreed upon mileage charge not to exceed the federal mileage reimbursement rate.

Travel fees

As a mobile notary, we come to you! Travel fees are calculated to cover our trip from Jamestown, NC, and are capped to ensure affordability and accessibility.

Mileage is calculated round trip from Jamestown, NC. This fee must be agreed to in writing via email and paid prior to the appointment. We accept debit/credit card for mileage payments.

Easy payment process

Upon arrival, the notary will characterize the notarial act, confirm the notarization process can be legally completed, and determine the exact cost of notary services. You can conveniently pay for notary services in exact cash or via debit/credit card. Once payment is received, all notarial acts will be performed efficiently.
